About Dianna Hardy

Dianna works in the UK as a Complementary Health Therapist. She has always been driven by her emotions and passions within life, feeling these intensely and learning about both herself and others through them.

She began writing poems at the age of 11, with "A Place Within My Dreams", and every poem (and inspirational piece of writing) since has come from moments of joy, anguish, longing, rebellion and the irrepressible need to get to the foundations of what makes "Truth".

About her writing, she says, "When I was a child, I constantly dreamt of getting work published, but my writing was and still is driven by the need to express myself, my thoughts and emotions in the moment... I sometimes have feelings so strong that if I cannot find a way to release them, I burst! So poetry and writing has always been a way to calm my fires and let go of the things in my life that I need to let go of... a diary in verse if you like! But I enjoy the inspirations that these verses have often brought to my closest friends and family.... so enjoy!"
